Designed to give the student another string to their bow, this 1 day part of the course touches on the new revenue stream of machine polishing and minor scratch removal. To be completed after a full valet to the exterior of the vehicle, this varied system will allow the student to capitalise on a growing market.
Using products sourced from within the Uk and USA painttechnics are proud to be able to offer our students the facility to remove most minor scratches caused by car washes, grit and oxidisation without the need to paint the panel.
This new equipment includes a complete range of compounds and polishes which when applied and machine polished using the different specifically designed mop heads provided will remove most light scratches to the whole car within 1-2 hours for a complete car.
Unlike most other compounds, these new products will not leave a residue on window edges and door handles. They are completely “splatter” free removing the need to polish and clean all glass work after compounding saving both time and money.
The 1 day includes the instruction of :
- Clay bar usage
- wet flatting
- Machine polishing
- Complete 3 stage machine poishing
- Final Hi definition wax application
Although not a complete detailing service, (which can take several hours or days), with the current finacial climate , this allows the operator to make more money per car by offering a unique service for a fraction of the cost of most “detailing services”.
Again giving the customers car a “new lease of life” and better resale values.
The course is able tobe completed within 3-4 hours allowing an easy add on to any repair or valet and comes complete with all equipment,polishing heads,compounds,polishes,glazes,abrasives,clay bar and cloths.
